This notice covers the RHCES Apps at apps.rhces.com, run by RHCEPEDA Engineering Services, Philippines. Questions: info@rhces.com.

What we collect when you buy

• Your name and email, entered on PayMongo's payment page or, if you pay with PayPal, sent to us by PayPal with your payment, so we can show your order and, where email is available, send your download link.
• Your order: which app, the amount, the payment method type (for PayPal, also the PayPal transaction ID), and how many times the files were downloaded.

Payments are handled by PayMongo and, if you choose it, PayPal. We never see or store your GCash, Maya, bank or card details, or your PayPal login. From PayPal we receive and keep only your name, your email address, and the ID, amount and status of your payment; PayPal handles your payment data under its own privacy statement. We do not sell your information.

Cookies

The store uses one session cookie so the Buy button and order pages work. It does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as you may need to re-download your files and for our accounting.

Your rights

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 you may ask to see, correct or delete your personal information. Email info@rhces.com with your order reference.
